Internet access is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for a nominal fee.

If you need presentations, flyers, signs or other marketing materials for your meeting or event, submit your orders online, and the materials will be waiting for you at Bellagio when you arrive.

Receiving

All incoming packages shipped to guests are processed and maintained at the FedEx Office location. Please schedule your shipment(s) to arrive 3-4 days before the recipient needs the package to prevent delays. Once an incoming package is processed, a message will be left in the guest's room.

Shipping

We accept all incoming carriers, and handling fees will apply. 

For outbound same business day shipping, all shipments must be received by 2:30 pm on Monday through Saturday. Any FedEx parcel or freight received after that will be shipped the next business day. For outbound packages, we accept packages for all carriers, and handling fees will apply, in addition to carrier transportation charges. FedEx Express and Ground Labels and packaging will be available in the Business Center.

Inbound/Outbound Processing Fees

FedEx Office charges a handling fee based on the weight of each package. Shipping/handling fees are subject to change:

• 0-1 lbs. - $7.00
• 1-10 lbs. - $10.00
• 10-20 lbs. - $15.00
• 20-30 lbs. - $20.00
• 30-40 lbs. - $25.00
• 40-50 lbs. - $30.00
• 50-75 lbs. - $40.00
• Over 75 lbs. - $50.00
• Pallets & Crates* - $0.75 / lb. ($250.00 Minimum)

*A labor fee of $70.00 per hour will apply for breaking down pallets, building pallets, or excessive package handling/moving due to a customer’s request. The labor fee can be charged in 15 minute increments.

FedEx Office will store packages for a limited number of days before returning them to the sender who will be responsible for all related shipping costs.

Additional storage fees will apply for packages not picked up within 5 days of delivery to Bellagio.
