A year-long celebration of the figures who shaped modern cocktail debuts with ‘King of Cocktails’ Dale DeGroff on January 16.
The Vault, introduces Liquid Legends, a year-long guest series celebrating the bartenders, writers and historians who shaped modern cocktail culture. The series reflects The Vault’s mission of honoring the past while advancing the future of cocktails through limited-run menus inspired by pivotal moments in cocktail history. Each Liquid Legends collaborator appears in person for a two-night event, with exclusive menus available for a limited time. The series launches January 16, 2026, with legendary bartender Dale DeGroff, widely known as the “King of Cocktails” and a central figure in the modern cocktail renaissance. His opening menu revisits iconic drinks from his Rainbow Room era, showcasing how classic cocktails continue to evolve and inspire.
