Bellagio's 14,000-square-foot Conservatory & Botanical Gardens are transformed throughout the year into breathtaking seasonal displays that celebrate the beauty of nature. Inspired by Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter, and Lunar New Year, each installation immerses guests in a vibrant world of color, sounds, scents, and artistry. With every seasonal transition, our expert Horticulture and Engineering teams unveil a new design while thoughtfully repurposing living plant materials, reflecting our commitment to sustainability and exceptional guest experiences, all created in collaboration with Ed Libby & Co.

The Garden Table

The Garden Table returns this fall, inviting guests to experience an extraordinary culinary moment set within the enchanting Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens. Surrounded by the Conservatory’s breathtaking harvest installation, this intimate dining experience offers signature brunch offerings from Sadelle's and exquisite dinner from Michael Mina.

Golden Hour offers private access to Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens like never before.
