Bellagio's 14,000-square-foot Conservatory & Botanical Gardens are transformed throughout the year into breathtaking seasonal displays that celebrate the beauty of nature. Inspired by Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter, and Lunar New Year, each installation immerses guests in a vibrant world of color, sounds, scents, and artistry. With every seasonal transition, our expert Horticulture and Engineering teams unveil a new design while thoughtfully repurposing living plant materials, reflecting our commitment to sustainability and exceptional guest experiences, all created in collaboration with Ed Libby & Co.

The Garden Table returns this spring, inviting guests to experience an extraordinary culinary moment set within the enchanting Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens. Surrounded by the Conservatory’s breathtaking spring installation, this intimate dining experience offers signature brunch offerings from Sadelle's and exquisite dinner from Michael Mina.

The Watering Hole invites guests to an exclusive cocktail experience within the Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens. Enjoy expertly crafted cocktails paired with elevated small plates in an intimate setting designed to celebrate exceptional flavor, artistry, and hospitality.

This experience is reserved exclusively for you and your guests for 90 minutes. All guests must be 21 years of age or older.

From North Valet & Via Bellagio

Follow the pathway into the casino, as you approach Lily Bar & Lounge, take a left. Continue through the casino until you enter the hotel lobby. The conservatory will be on your right.
