Winner of Bravo’s Top Chef Season 14 and Food Network’s Tournament of Champions, Brooke brings a signature style inspired by the rich ingredients of Southern California and the nostalgic flavors of her culinary upbringing. Mentored by icons like Julia Child and Jacques Pépin, Brooke’s journey began as the youngest sous chef at Michael’s of Santa Monica, eventually leading her to co-own acclaimed restaurants such as Amuse Café, Hudson House, and Playa Provisions.

For one night only, guests will indulge in a specially curated 4-course tasting menu, co-created with Bellagio’s own Chef Michael Mina — a collaborative celebration of flavor, artistry, and innovation.
