Lynnette Marrero is an award-winning bartender, educator, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Speed Rack, the renowned all-femme high-speed bartending competition. A leading voice in the cocktail industry, she is the Liquid Creative Director of Aplós, Partner and Chief Mixologist of Delola, and Partner and Beverage Director of Milly’s Neighborhood Bar in New York City, and was honored with Tales of the Cocktail’s 2025 Visionary Award. She is also the co-author of A Quick Drink: The Speed Rack Guide to Winning Cocktails for Any Mood and has been recognized among the Drinks International Bar World 100.
